You write beautifully. A lot of great points. I’m not sure what to make of the show from that, except that it definitely sounds interesting. I’m going to give it a try.

I think my only quibble would be about Woody Allen getting his own show solely due the “patriarchy”. He is a dick (literally: “Woody”) and while I enjoy his work, the stories about his personal life are deeply disturbing. However, he was given a show because of his fame and built in audience, not just because he’s a man. Amazon can advertise his show with a black screen and the words “an Amazon original by Woody Allen”. I suspect Michelle Obama or Jennifer Lawrence would also not have to go to pilot.
