Fair enough, if that’s how you see it, but I absolutely loathe Windows 10. Saying it’s “not quite as polished as macOS” (to me) is sort of like saying a Yamaha keyboard spray-painted with purple stripes is not quite as polished as a grand piano.

Fundamentally I buy Mac hardware to get OS X, and not the other way round.
