Absolutely right. False equivalency seems to be one of the hardest concepts for knuckle-draggers to understand.

It takes a special kind of bravery to keep going while being personally subjected to such vile & intimidating behaviour – but you must.

Any true right winger (and it goes without saying any other-winger) should hold the concept of freedom of speech as dear to their hearts as their own lives. I can’t put it any more strongly than that. Sad not to see more vocal outrage from that quarter.

I’d say to these people: as with Brexit or anything else, it’s better to lose the debate than your self respect.
